What can I do for you?

I love people and I love to serve them. That simply means that I love to coach people. Not just coaching but deep coaching. To teach them, to empower and most important of all, to transform them. To help them become the best versions of them selves. I have a unique set of skills that are all focused on people, their behaviours and their performance. Communication skills, soft skills, performance skills and even Cognitive Hypnotherapy skills. All based on working with the brain, its’ emotions and most important of all, the human being that they are all carried around in.

I do not have a preset plan. I do not have a formula. There are no preformed set of instructions. Every person and every workforce are different. So are the ways in which they work and how I work with them.

Confidentiality

My client base and all the work I do with them is held in the strictest of confidence. This has been a pre requisite of my work since my music industry days, where projects in the making could not be discussed or ‘shown’ for months before their release. In my therapy work it is critical that confidentiality is maintained and is part of the code of conduct and ethics I am bound by. For business it is exactly the same. I do on occasions have access to sensitive information ahead of time, a launch or a restructure for example and as always, my confidentiality is strictly adhered to as part of my operational ethics.

And yes, I do mean both of us, because I think that with every good working relationship, everybody can benefit from it.

I will say it again, I hate wasting my time or anyone else’s for that matter. I have always been selective about who I work with and what ever I do workwise, it is a rule I always adhere to.   • An onsite consultation to assess possibilities and a way forward will cost a coffee and reasonable travel expenses.
