For You or Your Team
When I was producing and coaching JK from Jamiroquai I learned a lot about how to get the best out of good people. Bjork, Joss Stone, Daniel Beddingfield, to name a few. Over the years there have been many and I gave my help for them to reach their goals and unlock their full potential and now I would love to help you with yours.
“If you want something you have never had, then you must be willing to do something you have never done.”

Imagine what we could do together?
It doesn’t matter if you are A-list or hold a C-suite position. Maybe you are an entrepreneur or run your own PLC. Chances are you are doing well at what you know how to do. However, leadership can be lonely and coupled with the pressure of trying to be ‘perfect’, can take its toll. Who said that to make a difference or to have an impact you need to be driven purely by stress or constantly work a fifteen hour day? Let’s face it, burn out these days is high among staff and management alike.
Imagine what you might discover with a solid sounding board, a trusted confidant? Working with someone who genuinely believes in you and wants to get the best out of you. Working over the last 30 years with people who are commited to their goals, I have developed deep coaching skills to help people make important changes, amazing changes.
Trust us, amazing things can happen.
Your first step: pick up the phone. Let’s talk. To discover if we are a good fit, because I do not work with everyone who contacts me. But if we decide to work together, then I can help you uncover your deeper skills, maybe some new abilities or ones that you forgot you had (and perhaps, even some of your liabilities.) to help you shape a plan for your better future, in a positive and powerful way.
Why ‘Cognitive Consultant’?
I have always been fascinated in “what makes people tick”. I nourished my fascination and went back to school. For three years I studied Neuro Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Solution Focused Supervision. These academic disciplines polished and deepened the skill sets I used to develop world class artists. What I learned most of all is how much we use our unconscious (run on auto-pilot) and how little we are governed by what we consciously think, despite our thoughts to the contrary. Being able to use the power of our unconcious motivations can unleash potential we would usually only dream about.
So if you are the kind of person who doesn’t say, “Yes, but…” then I would love to spend some time talking with you?
After all, it is simply a conversation that might uncover something new.
Speak soon and peace always,
